Do You Need An Assistant for Weddings?
Hiring an assistant may seem like a no-brainer to some. Someone to get your bags, carry everything, get you a drink, wipe the sweat off your forehead? Okay, maybe not that last one but hiring an assistant cuts into your profits. So do you need an assistant? The answer really isn't that easy to answer unfortunately but check out my video and see what I think.
