Bioshock 2 Walkthrough: Ryan Amusements - Part 1
In this walkthrough we come across our first "Power to the People," weapons upgrade machine. We also get the "Machine Gun." After you decide which weapon to upgrade you will receive the "Upgraded A Weapon" Achievement/Trophy! WooHoo!
TIPS
You can wait on using the Power to the People machine and use it on your machine gun if you desire.
