these features will hopefully be in the (soon to come) v2.09
ES-1 was master, x0x1 (on the left) converts the dinsync to x0x2 (in the middle)
there's a new function which makes it possible to bypass the master start/stop commands
mode A (aka MIDI-Trigger mode) can now be used even without a midi keyboard, using the buttons, and also works in master sync mode (there's run/stop and delayed-start/restart available)
you might notice that this mode (A) doesn't send midi notes out, but the other modes (those on the right side of the selector) do
