Tutorial - Sony Vegas Rain Effect
Hi guys!
I know this might look a little grainy, it's just not perfected. It's for a youtube copy and I had to do it really roughly for you guys to see how to do it in less than 8 minutes!
I know youtube allows 10 minutes but I prefer making them nice and short so that it is easy for you to refresh your mind quickly with a short tutorial.
