In this week's episode of Spawn Point, I got the chance to speak to Yasmin Yusoff, Level Designer at Deep Silver FISHLABS
Yasmin is a seasoned gamer who started out by dominating arcades. Once she knew about the video game industry, she knew her calling. Currently, Yasmin is working on an exciting space action by Deep Silver FISHLABS game called Chorus.
One of the keys takeaways from our talk was that forced representation can have a negative impact and seem like a political agenda. Both of us would feel weird seeing people like us in a game based in authentic medieval Europe.
