MicroRAX Linear Motion Test 6/27/10
A short video showing a linear motion assembly I created with MicroRAX t-slot. The design uses a rack and pinion system to move a Lynxmotion rotational base with a micro-size servo hacked for continuous rotation. For the final design, the servo will be mounted inside the base and will be controlled using the same SSC-32 controller that operates the arm. Rack and servo gear were purchased from ServoCity. Rollers are available from Lynxmotion.
