Using VST3 Plugins Within LMMS - Solution (2024)
Learn how to create VSTs (Virtual Instruments Without Code): https://neomoon.one/nocode-vst/ - In this tutorial we're going to look at how to add VST3 plugins to LMMS (an open source and free DAW).
While LMMS doesn't currently support VST3 virtual instruments or audio effects plugins, there is a work around. You can use a VST2 plugin called "element" to 'wrap" your VST3 plugins within. In this short video I'll walk you through the step by step process to set this up. I'll even include a free VST3 plugin that you can use for testing purposes.
