Join us in this update on the Phnom Penh Irrigation and Diversion Project for 2024, where we explore the impressive 76% progress made so far. This significant project led by the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology is divided into three phases, with the first and second phases well underway and set to be completed by August 2024.
The restoration efforts cover 10 rivers and canals spanning 260 km, featuring 366 art sites. Furthermore, the construction includes 4 pumping stations equipped with 27 pump motors and sluice gates, including the notable Kbal Hong site.
