In this video; I have shared how we can use "Forecasting" feature in Azure to predict number of Sprints; it will take to complete the work. Also we will understand how we can forecast our work using Planned Velocity and Actual Velocity. In the process; we will also understand what is the velocity of an Agile Scrum team.
