Syrniki Recipe
5 packs of cottage cheese, 200g each
(*we like to use
at least 2 packs of ricotta)
3 eggs
200-250g flour
extra flour for dusting
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons sugar (the video recipe uses sweetened cottage cheese, so no sugar was added)
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
cinnamon, optional
