The University of Tokyo has created the "UTokyo Compass" as a basic guide to the ideals and direction we should pursue.
The "UTokyo Compass" sets goals and develops action plans from three multifaceted perspectives: "mastering knowledge," "nurturing people," and "creating spaces." By creating a virtuous cycle through these efforts, the University of Tokyo, as a comprehensive university serving the global public, aims to produce outstanding, diverse human resources and address the various global challenges facing humanity.
