Shawn Staples, Bel Air Raceway
I wrote this song when I was still working in construction. The company I worked for specialized in finish carpentry and had many affluent clients like Eddie Murphy, Will Smith and such types. When I was working on Quincey Jone's house in Bel Air there were these winding tight curve roads that if you went as fast as you can could only do 35 miles an hour. I had a lot of fun going to his house tires screeching around those corners, good times.
