They will then be met with an error 404 message usually saying something like "oops this page is not there". You can make it easy for your visitors to find content within your site by directing to them to other pages, posts or links using a custom 404 page. You can create this within your WordPress theme (and some themes have these by default) or you can use a WordPress plugin.
