VANILLA Mug Cake in 1 min (No egg, No oven) Microwave vanilla cake in a mug recipe
All-purpose flour 4 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1/2 tsp (or vanilla extract 1/4 tsp)
Milk 3 tbsp
Melted butter or Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
For decoration (optional)
Icing sugar (powdered sugar)
(I used 750W microwave)
1) Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar
2) Add the milk and melted butter (or vegetable oil)
3) Mix well until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste
4) Cook in the microwave for 1 minute
(45 seconds to 1 minute 20 seconds depending on the power)
