Plasma torch height control (THC) using ISO-USB-BOX motion controller & THC Sensor
THC Sensor is a device designed to enable monitoring of plasma torch arc voltage by the Audioms motion controller in order to realize THC function (Torch Height Control). More closely, the role of the THC Sensor is to adapt arc voltage obtained from a plasma inverter and transfer it in safe and reliable way to the analog input of the motion controller.
THC Sensor features galvanic isolation of the signal from plasma inverter and two input options are possible: with voltage ratio 50:1 or 1:1.
