Torch Height Control realized with ISO-USB-BOX motion controller
Modernization of CNC plasma cutting machines with a working area of 2000 x 3000 mm. An ISO-USB-BOX motion controller was used to control the machine. The machine has a VTL plasma unit that has a built-in isolation voltage divider and the signal from the voltage divider is directly connected to the analog input of the ISO-USB-BOX motion controller. For automatic Torch Height Control (THC), an internal THC regulator was used within the ISO-USB-BOX motion controller plugin.
