I got this Nespresso Delonghi machine 6 months ago as a gift and started using it since then. I'm not a heavy coffee drinker but this machine started leaking about a week ago!
I've done the cleansing process that Nespresso described on their website 3 months ago and again this week after saw the leaks. Unfortunately, it did not resolve the leak process. I also tried to clean up the blades using a toothbrush, that did not help neither.
I called the customer service today. The girl was very careless and ultimately useless. She started with "maybe you wasn't careful with the machine; maybe you didn't clean it up; maybe...."
I explained all the above, and at the end she said maybe try to send it to us. We try to repair it. We cannot do anything otherwise. I told myself: are you kidding me?!??! what kind of customer service is this? What kind of warrantee is this? This thing is only used for less than 6 months! the warrantee supposed to last for a year! What kind of attitude is this?
I said to her, you know what? I'm cancelling my 11 sleeves order I placed yesterday and will throw this junk into the garbage where it belong to! This junk belong to the trash can since there is absolutely no customer service and no care and no service!
DO NOT BUY NESPRESSO! IT WILL ONLY LAST YOU FOR 6 MONTHS!! STAY AWAY FROM IT OF ALL COSTS!
