THEFT BY RESIDENT
I am a USMC Veteran, and the VA Hospital had UPS deliver a preparation kit for an XRAY to me, and this video show a resident of La Prada Place Apts, out walking her dog, and just walked right up to my doorstep, and stole my UPS DELIVERY of this package. As a result, I had to contact the VA Hospital, and have them re-order my package, and also had to reschedule my appt for XRAYS, all because of this CRIMINAL THEFT.
