When expanded on site, this central core becomes a unique kitchen island layout that is not possible in conventional food trucks or non-expandable mobile kitchens.
The result is significantly better ergonomics, more efficient workflows, and a very fast setup compared to traditional fixed kitchen layouts.
The fold out expanding Rolling Unit trailer makes it possible to have a full size kitchen in on a small footprint when towing and mowing. It offers better ergonomics and more space than conventional food trucks or trailers.
