Tutorial № 3 - Creating time delay ms using TIMER to blink LEDs on PIC32CM + HARMONY v3
In this video we will use one of the TC (Timer Counter) peripherals to create a time delay function - delayms. Unlike XC8 the XC32 does not provide us with __delay_ms(); function so we will create it ourselves - lets do it :)
