English: On March 9, 2024, I was walking around Ueno (上野).
I heard that Cherry Blossoms started blooming at Ueno Park So, today I visited there. At the main gate of the park early blooming Cherry Blossoms (早咲きの桜) were in full bloom and they were very beautiful. But a Weeping Cherry Tree (枝垂桜) next to them had not yet bloomed. Then I was strolling around the park. However, in the park all of Somei-Yoshino (染井吉野), which Japanese people generally called 桜 (Sakura / the Cherry Blossoms), had not started blooming yet. Please note that Weeping Cherry Trees bloom earlier than Somei-Yoshino. So, I went back to the main gate to enjoy early blooming Cherry Blossoms.
