Our objective with this game is to let the player experience the feeling of being stranded on an alien planet and having to survive with the limited resources he can find. All of this will be set around a sci-fi story that attempts to deal with grandiose themes about the universe, life and technology. Available to the player is a tool that defines both the gameplay and the themes of the game. Its a molecular assembler with which he may manufacture all the equipment and items that will aid him in his adventure. In order to use it, resources must first be gathered so that chemical elements may be transformed into food or weapons.
This demo was created using CryEngine 3 Free SDK.
