Found out that the rear hatch wouldn't open on our 1999 Jeep Cherokee XJ the other day. Of course it's the wife that has to find things like this. Even though we've had a 1998 Jeep Cherokee from the show room floor, I've never had this problem before. This video shows you how I managed to fix the latch.
