"Wolfer Finance is doing a regulation crowd fund token sale that opens on Friday May 24th for Wolfer Finance.
Also the regulation crowd fund opens on Friday, May 24th for Presend.
These are separate companies, and separate offerings. They are not grouped together, and are 100% different.
It's a regulation CF token sale, separately, for both companies, issued in a compliant manner from a crowdfunding platform that is regulated and licensed by the SEC and FINRA (akemona.com).
Presend is a Silicon Valley style software startup with two pending patents and Wolfer Finance is a blockchain infrastructure company that has a multi-million dollar portfolio of Ethereum, Avalanche, FTM, and Flux master & validator nodes that cost anywhere from $50,000 all the way up to $250,000 a piece.
Both of these companies are giving opportunities that retail investors don't normally get, to the retail investors through the regulation crowdfunding offering.
Most retail investors have never had the opportunity to invest in a dually patent pending Silicon Valley style software startup that has already developed the product and put it on the market and filed two pending patents on it in 28 worldly jurisdictions, and that is what Presend affords them.
