Mochi Brownies
Mochi Brownies are half fudgy chocolate brownies and half chewy butter mochi cake. This chocolate variation on Hawaiian butter mochi was inspired after my brother's trip to the island. But instead of just chocolate-flavored butter mochi, this is a brownie mochi that actually looks like a real brownie, complete with those crispy edge pieces and shiny tops. Once you make these, you'll never need another mochi brownie recipe again.
