They will be impressed with your knowledge about the school and it shows you care about that specific school. This will also help you better understand if the school is a good fit for you and aligns with your interests. Research their mission, vision, curriculum, special programs, technology, and school practices. For example, are they a PBIS or Responsive Classroom school?
