Sometimes mobile woks on wifi but does not work on its own sim data. That is the reason misconfiguration inside your mobile net settings. If the net setting is corrected then the same will work on wifi and also work on its own data.
Dial 111 from your jazz sim & ask the operator to send you configuration.
In this video I share 4 method, the first one is calling the helpline. Second method is to dial *443*6# formula & import the internet setting.
Third one is Send sms to 7342 & import internet setting. The forth & the final is entire configuration done on the screen which will work with guarantee in all android phones.
