Coming from 4chan specifically from the board /R9K/ anons who frequent the board talk about their "hobby" of chasing women late at night and talking about their experiences with their "hobby". The hobby may also have it's orgin with the fact that a year before these posts went up multiple memes of scaring women late night by chasing them went viral. Both items as well as the famous creepypasta known as the smiling man get discussed in this video.
