In this video, you'll see how none of the keyboards on my computer are working, but only the Dell keyboard is working.
There are many keyboard-related problems. For example, sometimes multiple key presses occur while typing. In that case, you should try replacing the keyboard. If the problem persists after replacing the keyboard, there may be a problem with the ground (earth) line in your home or office. You should call a lineman and get the grounding done.
Another problem occurs when only one key is pressed and typing continues when someone else presses it. In this case, you'll need to replace the keyboard because the keyboard is short-circuited.
First, check to see if the keys that are not working are sticky or dirty. If they are, you can try cleaning them with a mild soap and water solution. If that doesn't work, you may need to replace the keys.
