In this video, we will show you how to enable Einstein Activity Capture and setup your users to sync emails and events in minutes. Einstein Activity Capture has come a long way over the years. The product was a hard sell at first due to all of its limitations. Finally, I feel like this solution contains almost all of the features customers are looking for when it comes to syncing emails and events from Gmail or Outlook and its included in all Salesforce editions at no additional cost!
These instructions are for Professional and Enterprise edition orgs, there may be additional permission sets and features available in Unlimited and Performance editions.
