Did you know we all speak our own dizzy language? For instance, lightheaded might mean a feeling like one could pass out to one person, while another might use the word to describe feeling off-balance. People who describe spinning may actually just feel unsteady. With over 455 different ways to describe the word dizzy, finding help can be a challenge. Words like spinning, lightheaded, foggy, fuzzy, full, pressure, off, not right, off-kilter, and funny can all have different meanings—and different causes.
