A few years ago I released a series of DVDs through Desktop Images that taught Lightwave 3D. I've decided (and have been generously allowed by the producer) to post these DVDs in their entirety online!
This video is the first part in a series dealing with rigging and dynamic animations.
Although these were made in in Lightwave 8.3 most (if not all) of the techniques should still be viable, though there may be better ways to do things now.
