So, close your eyes and listen to this meditation from the book "Three Magic Words."
Here's what I'd like you to tell you at night...
(Repeat as many times as you like.)
I know I am a pure spirit,
That I always have been,
And that I always will be.
There is within me
a place of confidence and peace and security
where all is known and understood.
This represents the Universal Mind, God,
of which I am a part, who answers me when I need them.
This Universal Mind knows all the solutions to my problems,
and even now, the answers are coming to me.
I don't need to struggle for them.
I don't need to worry or search for them.
When the time comes, the answer will present itself.
I leave my problems to the great mind of God.
I let them go, knowing that the right solutions will come to me when needed.
Through the law of attraction, everything I need in life for my work, for satisfaction, will come to me.
I don't have to strive for it, just believe it.
Through the strength of my belief, my faith will obtain it.
I see the hand of Divine Intelligence all around me.
In the flowers, the trees, the stream, the fields.
I know that Divine Intelligence created these things, is within me and around me,
and that I can call upon its support in any need.
I know that my body is the manifestation of pure spirit, and that this spirit is perfect.
Consequently, my body is perfect.
I love life, fueled every day by constant demonstrations of the power and wonder of the universe and myself.
I feel confidence.
I feel serenity.
I feel security.
No matter what obstacle or unwanted circumstance stands in my way, I will not accept it.
This is nothing but an illusion.
There can be no obstacles or unwanted circumstances in the mind of God,
who is within me.
Around me.
And who is now serving me.
