Regardless of what others say, the CO2 lasers I've been using on this channel for almost 10 years are still the best devices if you're looking for a reliable, affordable machine with good performance, a large work area, and readily available spare parts. There are tons of other devices available now. However, among the hundreds of my supporters, I mainly see big promises from Chinese manufacturers that are rarely kept. Diodes fail in the long run without water cooling, belts and drives are poorly constructed and become stiff, motors overheat, steps are lost, and there are even total laser or electronic failures. In most cases, you can no longer get replacement parts from the manufacturer once a new device is released, and the YouTubers who showcase the devices don't actually use them anymore. They hold the device up to the camera, present it, and move on to the next one!
