Is it Too Late to BUY Nvidia Stock? | NVDA Stock Analysis
In this episode I’ll breakdown Nvidia stock and then I’ll wrap up with my opinion if Nvidia stock is a buy right now and if I’ll be buying the stock in my ZERO to INFINITY stock portfolio.
First of all, what does Nvidia do?
Nvidia is a technology company primarily known for designing graphics processing units (GPUs) for the gaming, professional visualization, data center, and automotive markets. Their GPUs are widely used in gaming consoles, PCs, supercomputers, and AI applications due to their high performance and efficiency. Additionally, Nvidia develops software solutions for AI, including deep learning frameworks and platforms.
Nvidia was founded by Jensen Huang, the current CEO, and 2 others in 1993. Jensen has been instrumental in shaping Nvidia's vision and technological advancements.
Under Jensen's leadership, Nvidia has become a leading provider of graphics processing units (GPUs) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
Nvidia's revenue streams are diverse, spanning across gaming, data center, professional visualization, automotive, and software sectors.
The AI market for chip makers is significant and continues to grow rapidly. AI applications require specialized hardware optimized for tasks such as deep learning, neural network training, and inference. Chip makers play a crucial role in providing these components to power AI-driven technologies across various industries.
An AI factory takes raw material, which is data, and transforms it with these AI supercomputers that NVIDIA builds, and it turns them into incredibly valuable tokens. These tokens are what people experience on the amazing ChatGPT platform.
NVIDIA AI Enterprise runs like an operating system, it’s an operating system for artificial intelligence.
So the big question everyone wants to know: Is it too late to buy Nvidia stock? Ticker NVDA already exceeds a 2.3T market cap and the stock has rocketed up since the low of $124 per share back in October of 2022. Many analysts Price target have been raised over $1,000!
The way I look at the stock is that NVIDIA is selling the picks and shovels of the AI revolution -- and it's the only major supplier for the time being.
Consumer internet companies have been early adopters of AI and represent one of Nvidia’s largest customer categories.
NVIDIA offers multiple application frameworks to help companies adopt AI in vertical domains such as autonomous driving, drug discovery, low latency machine learning for fraud detection or robotics, leveraging Nvidia’s full stack accelerated computing platform.
NVIDIA AI supercomputers are essentially AI generation factories of this Industrial Revolution.
Nvidia is essentially the Leader when it comes to AI and Data Centers and is in a strong position to capitalize on the growing demand for AI-driven applications!
