Mommy Black goes into detail about what to do if your friend is having a panic attack between 10:44 & 13:35. She gives pointers on remaining calm, including “safe in your space” tactics. This advice could be helpful if you have anxiety or panic attacks; however, it may spark some anxiety, as well. Just wanted to give you a heads up.
