My ship's modules are adapted for my particular fleet carrier where I park it close to the destination, therefore my FSD is weak but lighter and my point defence doesn't have any effect against the Thargoid missiles.
The best is if you learn to build your own shipbuild that is adapted to your own needs and these are not intended for PVP.
