Bench Vices Metallist, made in Russia
Bench vices of line Master are manufactured at METALLIST Glazov Plant – the largest Vices and Anvils manufacturing plant in Russia.
Our bench vices are for professional mechanics and heavy duty maintenance and repair. Master line vices are improved for clamping larger workpieces including vertical clamping.
The line includes bench vices with jaws width 160 mm, 180 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm. Vices TSM-250 has the jaws width 250 mm and clamping force 54 kN.
The body is made from Ductile Cast Iron with tensile strength 72 520 psi for extended life. Changeable Jaws are made from hardened steel. Optional Jaws for Pipe clamping.
FEATURES
A thrust bearing on the lead screw for easy parts clamping.
The slide with chamfers for adjusting screws support. Adjusting screws аor the slide clearance eliminating in case of ware progress.

Handle with rubber heads for safety of operator during the clamping.
