I was record this video for show different between Fixer q.50c.25 (high tier groll) without buffs with not legendary Fixer (very cheap tier, not tradable more then 500 caps) without some buffs.

This is low different and you can see all buffs in the video by link. If you are new player who can get groll gun, because it's expensive - it's not problem, you can play with simple gun too and will get good result. Not only legendary attributes important in this game - more important it's knowledge about various aspect of this game.
