1. Open Busy Software: Launch the Busy Software application on your computer.
2. Login: Log in using your username and password.
3. Navigate to Stock Transfer: Go to the "Inventory" or "Stock" section, and look for the "Stock Transfer" option.
4. Select Transfer Type: Choose whether it's an "Outward" or "Inward" transfer, depending on whether you're sending or receiving stock.
5. Choose From and To Locations: Select the source (from) and destination (to) locations for the stock transfer. These could be different branches or warehouses.
6. Enter Product Details: Add the products/items you want to transfer. Enter the item name, quantity, and other relevant details.
7. Save and Confirm: Review the transfer details and ensure everything is correct. Save the transfer and confirm it to proceed.
8. Print Transfer Receipt (Optional): You can print the stock transfer receipt for your records if needed.
9. Finish: The stock transfer is now complete, and the stock quantities will be updated accordingly in the respective locations.
