If the camera is not working in your Samsung device then let us see what to do. For example if I open this camera you can see I get this message "security policy prevents use of camera". So, what I have to do in this case is, I have to go to "settings" here. I have to go to this "Developer options" and I will go to this option "Quick settings developer tiles" and there is an option here "Sensors off". I will disable this option and after you have done this much what you do is, open the notification center. Pull it down. Tap on this power icon here and then restart your phone. Now once you restart the phone the camera app should work. After I restarted my phone, if I open camera, now this time you can see the camera app is working.
