This is a page dedicated to helping those with Health Anxiety learn how to cope with some of the issues that usually accompany H.A. and to help them know that they are not alone. Feeling all alone with H.A. can be the worst thing in the world for someone who suffers from it.
I know because I suffered from it myself, along with panic disorder and A.D.H.D. for over 19 years.
I am NOT a doctor, yet, but I have lived with it for over 19 years and have accumulated knowledge, a few techniques and a lot of insights over that period of time.
I am also in university and am working towards my doctorates' degree in psychology and neuroscience.
I hope this page will bring you peace and an understanding of this disorder.
