Ingredients:
5 boxes of tofu
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
1 stalk leek
1 red chili
1 green chili
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce (to taste)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon bouillon powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Water to taste
