How To Make One-Mouse Click Launch Any Program (Instead of Two)

I know the title is a little confusing, but in this tutorial I simply show you how to set your PC so that one mouse-click on any icon or folder opens it up. By default computers need two clicks to open the program and one click to select, but I will show you how to make it one click to open, and hover to select.
