The Performance Paradox
Most team leaders feel they are living in a a performance paradox, where they constantly have to address issues and fixing things, without having the possibility to take a step back, look at the big picture and replenish.
So, is it truly doomed?
Of course not, and the solution is within everyone reach.
It requires us to shift our perspective. Stop seeing performance as solely being goals to reach, and rather look at it as a system to follow.
It's an approach to doing WEL – constantly making better decisions that align with a larger framework geared toward success.
And when we focus on this system, on our team well-being, our team engagement and our leadership, we do WEL. We overcome the paradox of high performance.
