PayPal Struggles To Break Above The $68 Level
PayPal rallied 7% last week and finally looked like $PYPL was set to break out a 1 year consolidation phase and see the stock trade in the $70's... Unfortunately this week the sellers have returned with the stock declining -9% pushing the stock to new weekly lows.
