Union Pacific Honors Our 41st President's 100th Birthday on June 12, 2024
Today we honor the 100th birthday of former President George H. W. Bush. On Thursday, the George & Barbara Bush Foundation will celebrate the 4141 Locomotive Pavilion’s grand opening, featuring Union Pacific’s No. 4141. This custom-painted locomotive for the 41st president incorporates colors and elements of the Air Force One used during Mr. Bush's presidency.
On Dec. 6, 2018, Union Pacific was honored to participate in President Bush's funeral train, led by No. 4141, from Spring to College Station, Texas.
