Sonic Lobotomy #88 - Riki Rocksteady and Alex Mitti
Riki Rocksteady is a veteran local music legend who has fronted several reggae and ska bands in Boston over the past few decades. His voice is smooth and warm, with a classic R+B appeal. His guitar playing is also top notch. He is among my favorite local musicians. He was accompanied by Alex Mitti on percussion. Alex is also the drummer for local Reggae / ska band the Euphoralites. Together, these guys put on an amazing performance at Sonic Lobotomy / Salem Access studios. I am happy to have had a chance to get these two on my show. Enjoy !
