White Blood Cells also known as Leukocytes defends the body against infection and foreign invaders, such as bacteria and viruses.
Platelets also known as Thrombocytes are the cell fragments which helps in blood clotting and prevents excessive bleeding.
and Plasma is the yellow colored liquid medium for transporting blood cells, nutrients, hormones, and waste products throughout the body.
