LOVE IS THE HEALER ❤️
With all the challenges and chaos of the past 2 years, what we all need most is what everyone unconsciously fears so much: "love". It can take many forms but I'm talking about: self love, love for our partner, love for your neighbour, love for your friends, love for your colleagues, love for humanity, love for our beautiful planet, love for our family, love for life. Through this simple wondrous act is born appreciation and respect, and these give birth to peace and comfort in our lives. With all these aspects in action we come to feel joy in our lives, our communities, our groups, and societies at large. The grander lesson is that it all starts *within ourselves*, each of us has a responsibility to our selves and that great chain of humanity we all affect because we are all inextricably a part of it.
As Valentine's Day arrives, it's an excuse for some to express their love for others - which is OK too, but let us also try to exercise these feelings with actions the other 364 days of the year and perhaps we can start healing ourselves, everyone around us, and the whole chain reaction this sets off ! Imagine if we all did one random act of kindness to a stranger once a month, all the great events we can help realize around us !! Some already do this, but imagine if more of us did as well...
